CSEED is the website through which Archibald Woo provides his services to candidates going through the licensing process in California. Archibald has been helping candidates successfully complete the last step of this process since the 1990s.

Archibald is a licensed architect and has been practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1990, He has worked mainly in healthcare and medical research facilities for some of the major healthcare providers in the Bay Area, such as Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health, as well as both private and public research institutions, such as Bayer Healthcare and the University of California system.  Archibald has also worked on major K-12 school projects for school districts throughout the Bay Area, including Palo Alto, San Leandro, Dublin, Petaluma and the Fremont Union High School District in Cupertino.

Aside from the practice of architecture, Archibald has extensive experience in teaching. Archibald currently teaches a class at City College of San Francisco that is an detailed overview of building codes and regulations applicable to building design and construction in California. Archibald has also taught architectural and interior design classes at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco and University of California Berkeley Extension.

Archibald became licensed in 1995, after passing the California Supplemental Exam on his first try. Archibald was helped during his preparation by a friend who tutored him and helped him by conducting extensive mock exam sessions. Archibald found this to be very helpful, and after getting his license, he started tutoring others for the California Supplemental Exam in the same manner. At first, it was just for friends and co-workers, but as most everyone he had tutored ended up passing the exam on their first try, word started to get around, and Archibald had continuously been asked by candidates to help in their preparations for the CSE.

In 2002, AIA San Francisco decided to hold seminars for the CSE, and Archibald was brought in to help set up and teach the seminars.  Archibald gave his first seminars in mid-2003, and ever since then has been giving them four times every year. Archibald had also given seminars in Fresno for AIA San Joaquin as well as in Los Angeles.

Over the years Archibald has helped thousands of candidates prepare for and passed the California Supplemental Exam, and for this, the board of directors at AIA San Francisco had conferred on Archibald their Presidential Commendation in 2006 and again in 2011. In 2016 he also received the chapter's Community Alliance Award for Education.
